Determinism and the Gravitational Planck Constant

چکیده
A discussion is given of the uncertainty principle in view of the introduction of a Gravitational Planck Constant. The need for such a gravitational constant is shown first. A reduced electromagnetic Planck constant and the analogous reduced gravitational Planck constant are defined as h/e and H/m respectively. An attempt is made to reconcile the quantum uncertainty concepts with a deterministic view of the physical world. This conclusion is achieved trough the detailed analysis of the measurement procedures of physical quantities.

Maxwell's Equations and Einstein-Gravity in the Planck Aether Model of a Unified Field Theory
In the Planck aether substratum model it is assumed that space is densely filled with both positive and negative Planck masses described by a nonlinear nonrelativistic operator field equation. Without expenditure of energy this substratum can form a lattice of vortex rings, with the vortex core radius equal the Planck length. The vortex ring radius is determined by a universal minimum energy qu...
متن کاملQuantum gravitational decoherence of matter waves
One of the biggest unsolved problems in physics is the unification of quantum mechanics and general relativity. The lack of experimental guidance has made the issue extremely evasive, though various attempts have been made to relate the loss of matter wave coherence to quantum spacetime fluctuations. We present a new approach to the gravitational decoherence near the Planck scale, made possible...
متن کاملDerivation of the Planck and Fine-Structure Constant from Assis’s Gravity Model
Presently, Planck’s constant is a fundamental constant that can not be derived from other constants. Assis developed a model based on an extended Weber-type potential energy, that allows calculating gravitational-type forces from neutral oscillating electric dipoles. Here we show that the maximum possible point-mass in his model equals the Planck mass which allows us to derive Planck’s constant...
متن کاملNoncommutative Gravity, a ‘No Strings Attached’ Quantum-Classical Duality, and the Cosmological Constant Puzzle
There ought to exist a reformulation of quantum mechanics which does not refer to an external classical spacetime manifold. Such a reformulation can be achieved using the language of noncommutative differential geometry. A consequence which follows is that the ‘weakly quantum, strongly gravitational’ dynamics of a relativistic particle whose mass is much greater than Planck mass is dual to the ...
متن کاملv 1 2 3 M ay 2 00 3 The New Planck Scale : Quantized Spin and Charge Coupled to Gravity
In the standard approach to defining a Planck scale where gravity is brought into the quantum domain, the Schwarzschild gravitational radius is set equal to the Compton wavelength. However, ignored thereby are the charge and spin, the fundamental quantized aspects of matter. The gravitational and null-surface radii of the Kerr-Newman metric are used to introduce spin and charge into a new exten...
